After marking a background screening as Accepted or Rejected, is the applicant notified?

No, we currently do not notify the applicant of the screening decision as the property manager or landlord must notify the applicant outside of the service.  Please note that if you used the credit screening report to make your decision you are typically required to send an Adverse Action letter to the applicant per the FTC guidelines.
