Can Maintenance Requests be submitted by the property manager or landlord?

Yes, for tenants that are already registered with the service you can submit a Maintenance Request on his or her behalf using the Create Request button.
For tenants that are not registered with the system yet you can add a maintenance request for the tenant and manually enter his or her information.  The tenant won't receive emails regarding the maintenance request but you can track and update the request for your records.  
Here are the steps:
1.  Log in to your eRentPayment profile.
2.  Enable Maintenance Requests, if necessary.
3. Go to Requests.
4. Select the Create Request button.
