Can a different email address be used to receive Maintenance Request emails?

Yes, if a Property Manager or Landlord would like to have Maintenance Request emails sent to a different email address besides your main property email you can enter the alternate email in the Configure Requests section.  For example, instead of the property manager receiving the emails you could enter the email for the maintenance person that handles all of the maintenance requests from the tenants.  
 
1. Log in to your eRentPayment profile.
2. Go to Requests.
3. Go to Configure Requests.
4. In the "Alternate Maintenance Notification Email" field enter the alternate email you would like to use.
 
5. Select Save Email.
