What has been changed to avoid a similar situation again?
We understand the inconvenience this has caused you and the trust we have lost with our customers after years of processing payments. To prevent such an occurrence from happening again, all payments are now being processed through a direct bank relationship we have established with Esquire Bank and no other third-party processors will be involved. Any transactions submitted after 10/12/17 and any future transactions should not be affected as they will be run through this new direct processing relationship.
