Here are the latest updates regarding the eCheckIt bankruptcy proceeding:
1. The 2004 Examinations, which were originally scheduled for January, began this month and the trustee is actively seeking to continue obtaining documents from all the relevant parties to determine the cause of the issue.
2. eRentPayment has filed a claim within the bankruptcy proceeding on behalf of our customers for the total amount of pending transactions within our system.
3. The trustee has not hired a data expert yet as additional information is required from another party in the case before the data can be reviewed.
4. The trustee has filed a motion to make all information in the case confidential, which is necessary to distribute documents, and the Court should rule on that soon.
We will post additional information as it is received. Thank you.
