We continue to work through the pending litigation related to the unpaid rental amounts.  We are making every available attempt to work with the company that managed and actually conducted the transfer of your money through the ACH network.  We are hopeful that this dispute can be resolved amicably and we are working toward that end.  We will continue to keep you apprised of the situation as it develops.  Thank you for your patience.
