On January 30th, 2019 a motion was filed by Ian Hicks, counsel for the Plaintiffs in the Colorado class action, to amend the classes’ complaint to include allegations against Check Commerce. The motion requests that the Court accept the classes’ new causes of action against Check Commerce. Mr. Hicks also filed a motion requesting the Court order the three parties to attend mediation. While eRentPayment did not object to the filing of these motions, Check Commerce objected to both. eRentPayment is hopeful a resolution to the class action may be reached through this process.
