Yes, both the renter and the property manager will receive an email confirmation after the renter elects to report their payments to the credit bureau(s). The manager does not need to take action unless any of the items in the renter's credit reporting information are incorrect, in which case the manager can follow these steps to edit the renter's credit reporting information:
1. The property manager will login to their eRentPayment profile
2. Go to Properties
3. Click on the property for that renter
4. Click on the renter under the Renter(s) section and select Edit Credit Reporting
5. Edit any incorrect information and select Submit.
