Yes, if we are notified at least a business day prior and before 6pm EST on the prior business day to the scheduled date we can typically change the recurring payment to process on a different date or adjust the amount for just that month. We must receive an email for the request so we have a record of the request though. If the renter set up the recurring payment then the renter must request the change by email. If the recurring payment was set up per an Automatic Authorization form then the property manager must email the request. If the amount is being modified we can set a notice in our system to change it back to the original amount after the payment is processed.
