RentRedi Acquires eRentPayment

RentRedi has officially acquired eRentPayment, and we can't wait to start this journey of enhanced property management together. 🎉

The new product has features that we’ve been wanting to add to eRentPayment for a long time. Now, you also have access to lease tracking, credit card payments, background screening, and so much more.

Here's everything available to you now:

• Online Rent Payments: Our platform enables your tenants to make secure online and mobile rent payments, with automated rent reminders, late fees, and add-on rent reporting features. 
• Find Tenants: Get custom prequalifications and applications & full background checks to easily and quickly fill your units. 
• Maintenance Tracking: Keep track of maintenance requests and repairs through our easy-to-use platform. You'll never miss a maintenance issue again. 
• List Properties: Fill your vacancies with syndication to Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and Realtor.com. Plus, get a free marketing page you can share, text, email, and more.

We plan to migrate all customers to the new platform by April 1st.  We will be migrating groups of customers to ensure you have access to the necessary resources and assistance during your migration.

If you haven’t already started the migration, we will email you when your profile is ready to start the migration process. Even if you haven’t received a payment through eRentPayment recently, you may still use the migration tool to transfer properties and your profile information to the new platform. Then, you can utilize the new features without having to enter all of your data again!
