On 07/08/2023 until 07/09/2023, there was a payment issue involving our bank's system and transactions could not be submitted during the network issue. We are working with our bank to determine the root cause of the issue within their system to avoid a similar situation from occurring again.

Recurring payments for 09/04/2021, 09/05/2021, and 09/06/2021 will start processing on Tuesday 09/07/2021 to debit the tenant on Wednesday 09/08/2021.

The Labor Day holiday will delay the processing and depositing of payments by an extra business day.

We are very excited to announce that we have partnered with RentSpree to provide a new online screening tool for our customers. eRentPayment customers will register on the RentSpree site to gain access to new screening features, such as:

As of February 06, 2021, we will no longer integrate with TransUnion for our background screening product. Upcoming changes to the TransUnion SmartMove platform and processes will not allow our current integration to function correctly on the new TransUnion platform.

With the change to the integration, we will no longer be reporting rental payments to TransUnion as well. We will continue to report rental payments to Equifax and Experian.

Please note the national ACH system will be closed on 01/01/2021 so no processing will occur on Friday. Any recurring payments scheduled for 01/01/2021 will be generated on Friday 01/01/2021, however the transactions will not begin processing until Monday 01/04/2021 due to the bank holiday.
