Please note we have updated the recurring payment process to no longer process recurring payments scheduled for a weekend or holiday on the prior business day, such as Friday. Future recurring payments should only process on the scheduled date effective today. This change was made to avoid issues where the "Available Balance" for a tenant could be adjusted over the weekend by his or her bank even though the transaction would not officially post until the next business day.
