Happy 4th of July from everyone here at eRentPayment! We will be closed on 07/04/2017 as we celebrate with our families.

Here are some important processing notes for July:

1. Any recurring payments scheduled for Friday (06/30/2017), Saturday (07/01/2017) or Sunday (07/02/2017) should be generated on 06/30/2017 to debit the tenant's account on Monday 07/03/2017. The payments should deposit on 07/06/2017 for properties set to our standard 2-3 business day processing due to the...

We will be closed on Monday 05/29/2017 as we observe Memorial Day. For this month any recurring payments scheduled for Friday (05/26/2017), Saturday (05/27/2017), Sunday (05/28/2017), or Monday (05/29/2017) due to the holiday were generated on 05/26/2017 but will not actually debit the account holder until Tuesday 05/30/2017.

Please note the national banking system is closed on 02/20/2017 for the President's Day holiday, so no deposits or debits will occur on that Monday. Any deposits or debits expected on Monday should appear on Tuesday due to the holiday.

The national banking system will be closed on 10/10/2016 in observance of Columbus Day so deposits will be delayed until Tuesday due to the holiday. Any recurring payments scheduled for 10/07/2016, 10/08/2016, 10/09/2016, and 10/10/2016 will be generated today but the account holder won't be debited until Tuesday due to the holiday.
