Please note the national banking system is closed on 01/19/2015 for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday so no deposits or debits will occur on Monday. Any deposits or debits expected on Monday should appear on Tuesday due to the holiday. We will be open our normal business hours of 8am to 4pm PST (11am to 7pm EST). Thank you!

Please note that we will have limited hours on Christmas Eve of 8am PST to 2pm PST (11am to 5pm EST). We will be closed Christmas Day but open normal hours on 12/26/2014. Also, please note our cut-off time will be 12pm PST on 12/24/2014 so any payments submitted after 12pm PST on 12/24/2014 or on 12/25/2014 will begin processing on 12/26/2014.

Any recurring payments scheduled for 11/11/2014 will be processed on 11/10/2014 to debit the payer's bank account on 11/12/2014. As we continue to improve the eRentPayment service based on feedback from our customers here is an overview of the changes and features we added in October 2014: 1. Property managers and landlords can now store the Utility balance due and Security Deposit amounts within each property record. Please note that Monday, October 13th is a national bank holiday for Columbus Day. Any recurring payments scheduled for 10/13/2014 will be processed on Friday, 10/10/2014, but won't debit the payer's bank account until Tuesday, 10/14/2014. The holiday will also delay deposits intended for Monday until Tuesday for property managers and landlords.

We are very excited to announce that "Rent Payment" transactions processed through eRentPayment can now be reported to TransUnion to build the renter's credit history. Please note due to the Labor Day bank holiday on 09/01/2014 any recurring payments scheduled for 09/01/2014 will be processed on 08/29/2014. The payer/renter's bank account will be debited on 09/02/2014.

In Observance of the Labor Day Holiday, September 1, 2014, we will be open limited hours. 8 AM to 12PM PST/11AM to 3PM EST.
