How can a tenant view and pay an invoice?

After the property manager or landlord sends a Payment Request (Invoice) to a tenant, the tenant can submit the payment by following these steps:
 
1. Log in to his or her eRentPayment Profile.
2. On the Dashboard any open Requests will be displayed and the View/Pay option should be selected:
 
 
3. In the Payment Request window the tenant will select the Pay Invoice button:
 
4. On the payment screen the tenant will select the bank account to submit the payment with and then select Next:
 
5. If the information is correct the tenant will select the Authorize button to complete the payment:
