Property Manager or Landlord - Where can I find the Renter Code for my property?

If you are a landlord or property manager and need to provide the Renter Code to a new tenant, please use one of the steps below:
 
Option #1 - Send Registration Email:
1. Log in to your eRentPayment profile.
2. Go to Properties--Forms/Steps (See screenshot below)
3. Select the property you would like to send the Renter Code for.
4. Select Continue.
5. Enter the email address for the new tenant and select Send Email.
(Note: If the tenant has any issues receiving the email due to his or her spam filter you could email the steps to your email and then forward from your email program.)
 
 
Option #2 - Provide the Renter Code directly to the tenant:
1. Log in to your eRentPayment profile.
2. Go to Properties.
3. Click Edit on the property you are providing the Renter Code for.
4. Go to Tab 2 - Address.
5. The Renter Code you entered when adding the property will be listed within the Renter Code field.  
6. You would then provide the code to the tenant outside of our service, such as by text, phone, or email.
