What is the cost of the new platform?

You may start the RentRedi 6-month subscription plan for just $1.00 and then decide whether to extend to an annual plan or continue on the 6-month plan.  Lower ACH fees offset the subscription plan for the new platform, which includes a number of new features not available on eRentPayment.

Transaction Fees (landlord may set which party pays ACH and CC fees within Settings section of new platform):

ACH: $1.00

Credit/Debit Card: 3.1% of the payment plus $0.30
