How can I send eRentPayment instructions or steps to a new renter or tenant?

As a property manager/landlord you have the following options to send the eRentPayment instructions to a new renter of one of your properties:

 

1. Use the Forms/Steps section - Go to Properties then Forms/Steps and in the Renter Registration Steps section select the property to send the steps for and then select Continue.  You will then be able to enter the renter's email address and send the steps to them.

 

2. If you are using our Automatic Authorization form instead of letting the renter register online you won't send the Renter Registration Steps email to the renter but instead have the renter complete the Automatic Authorization form under the Forms/Steps section.
