All transactions are marked as paid on time by default within our system in regards to credit reporting regardless of whether a Late Fee transaction is generated for the payment in our system.
The property manager can update a transaction within the Credit History section of their profile to update the Lease Status and Payment Rating fields to mark a payment as paid late if they prefer. Please note the renter must be registered to report their payments to the credit bureaus in order for a late payment to be reported to the credit bureaus by the property manager.
The Credit History records will be generated around the 15th of each month for the prior month, for example the records for September 2014 will be generated on 10/15/2014. So if you don't see a record for the current month yet you will see it on the 15th of the next month.
