Yes, both the renter and the property manager will receive an email confirmation after the renter elects to report their payments to the credit bureau(s). The manager does not need to take action unless any of the items in the renter's credit reporting information are incorrect, in which case the manager can follow these steps to edit the renter's credit reporting information:
1. The property manager will log in to their eRentPayment profile
2. Go to Properties
3. Go to Renters
4. Click on the renter and select Edit Credit Reporting, which is the option to the left of the Red X.
5. Edit any incorrect information and select Submit.
