March Recurring Payments

Please note the recurring payment records scheduled for 02/28/2015 and 03/01/2015 will be processed on 02/27/2015 to debit on Monday since the 28th and 1st fall on a weekend this month.  If any changes are required for a recurring payment we must be notified before 6pm EST on 02/27/2015 to review the request.  Thank you.

 

Transactions generated on 02/27/2015 before 7pm EST should deposit on 03/04/2015 for properties on our 2-3 business day settlement time.  Any transactions submitted over the weekend up until 7pm EST on 03/02/2015 should deposit on 03/05/2015 since the ACH system does not operate on the weekends so the transactions began processing on Monday.
