For this month any recurring payments scheduled for Friday (02/17/2017), Saturday (02/18/2017), Sunday (02/19/2017) or Monday (02/20/2017) were generated on 02/17/2017 but will not actually debit the account holder until Tuesday 02/21/2017 due to the President's Day holiday.
