On 07/08/2023 until 07/09/2023, there was a payment issue involving our bank's system and transactions could not be submitted during the network issue. We are working with our bank to determine the root cause of the issue within their system to avoid a similar situation from occurring again.
Some transactions were generated on our system but not processed correctly in our bank's system so we are processing those payments on 07/11/2023. We will notify the affected customers as we ensure the transactions are processed correctly.
We apologize for the issue and payments may now be submitted. All recurring payments were correctly processed as well.
