We've made some great modifications to our system this month as we have added the option to process credit and debit cards for landlords and property managers. This service is now offered as an optional feature in tandem with our excellent ACH processing services.

We are currently in the beta testing phase of our new credit card feature and we are looking for a small test group to give us feedback.

Please note that the national banking system will be closed on 02/17/2014 for President's Day so any recurring payments scheduled for 02/17/2014 will be processed on 02/14/2014 and debit the payer's account on 02/18/2014.

Any payments currently being processing or submitted will be delayed by an extra business day due to the banking holiday.

We will be open from 8am PST (11am EST) until 12pm PST(3pm EST) on Monday 02/17/2014 instead of our normal hours.

We will be closing our office today, 12/24/2013, at 2 PM PST in observance of the holiday season.

Our office will re-open on 12/26/2013 at 8 AM PST and we will resume our normal business schedule.

Please allow an additional day for payment delays due to the Christmas Holiday on December 25th.

Please note 10/14/2013 is a federal ACH holiday for Columbus Day so any recurring payments scheduled for 10/14/2013 will be processed on 10/11/2013 and should debit the payer's account on Tuesday 10/15/2013. Any deposits scheduled for 10/14/2013 would appear the next business day also.

In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday we will be available limited hours on Monday 05/27/2013. We will open at 8 AM PST and will close at 12 PM PST.

Please remember that Monday is a bank holiday so any transactions sent over the weekend will not begin processing until Tuesday.

We just added two new optional property options for managers to our system: 1. Block other payment types - This allows you to only allow a "Rent Payment" be submitted before other payment types can be used. For example, a renter wouldn't be able to submit a Utility Payment or Other payment without first submitting a Rent Payment transaction for that Month/Year 2. Require Past Month - This option doesn't allow future Month/Year options to be selected for a payment unless the prior month...

Please note we will be closed for the President's Day holiday on 02/18/2013 so we will not be available by phone. We will be checking email throughout the day though in case any assistance is needed. Any recurring payments scheduled for 02/18/2013 will be processed on 02/15/2013 and debit the account on Tuesday 02/19/2013. Thank you.

We are happy to announce we have added bi-weekly and weekly recurring payment options to our service! The bi-weekly recurring payments are still $3 per transaction while the weekly recurring payment option is $2 per transaction. Please let us know if you have any questions on the new feature. We will be open 12/31/2012, however we will have shorter hours on 01/01/2013. Due to Federal bank holiday on 01/01/2013 and an early cut-off time on 12/31/2012 we will be processing recurring payments scheduled for 12/31/2012 and 01/01/2013 on 12/30/2012 and 12/31/2012 and the payer's bank account will be debited on 01/02/2013.
