Please note some transactions incorrectly listed a Deposit Date of 04/26/2018 instead of 04/27/2018. The affected transactions have been updated to reflect the correct Deposit Date of 04/27/2018. We apologize for any concern caused by the issue.
Please note the national banking system is closed on 02/19/2018 for the President's Day holiday, so no deposits or debits will occur on that Monday. Please note we have updated the recurring payment process to no longer process recurring payments scheduled for a weekend or holiday on the prior business day, such as Friday. Future recurring payments should only process on the scheduled date effective today.
This change was made to avoid issues where the "Available Balance" for a tenant could be adjusted over the weekend by his or her bank even though the transaction would not officially post until the next business day.
